In June of 2020, I will complete 40 years of full-time ministry. I certainly make no claim to be an expert or an authority on the subject, but my life has been centered around the Lord’s work since I was born. Being born into a pastor’s home allowed me to gain a unique perspective of ministry that can only be seen through the eyes of a “preacher’s kid”. I then had the blessed privilege of serving as an assistant pastor to my own father for nine years. Only a door separated our offices. His training and mentoring had a significant impact on my life and ministry. Since 1989, I have been blessed to work with hundreds of pastors and ministries in a full-time revival ministry. Once again I will say that the exposure and experience has been priceless.
It has become one of my heartfelt desires to take these life-long experiences and to begin training others to do “The Work of the Ministry”. While in India in 2016, I had the opportunity to teach about 400 pastors in 2-day pastor’s conferences. I also spent a week teaching in a Bible College. It was during that time that I began developing some basic ministry training materials for my own use, but also that I could share with others around the world in ministry. These materials are prepared in a basic outline form. They can be copied and printed and used by others educate, encourage, and equip them for their own work in the ministry. I trust these resources will be helpful to you. May God bless and use you.
